Directions for use:

For carbo loading:For best results carbo-loading should begin three days prior to an endurance event. Fluid intake must be increased during the carbo loading phase, allowing for maximum carbohydrate storage. Avoid alcohol during the carbo-loading phase, as it leads to dehydration.
Carbo-loading: Average Male; 3 level scoops (75g) mixed with 500ml water. Intake should be 3 to 4 times daily; between meals. Have another full serving (75g) directly after event.
Carbo-loading: Average Female; 2 level scoops (50g) mixed with 400ml water. Intake should be 3 to 4 times daily, between meals. Have another full serving (50g) after event.
