Thermo DynamX includes "thermogenic" compounds that accelerate activation within the body to burn off extra calories. Increased resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the key to fat loss, and accounts for up to 75% of calories burned. Thermo DynamX exceeds the calorie-burning effectiveness of  older ephedra-based formulas by combining proven RMR-boosting compounds Green tea, White Tea, Green Coffee Antioxidant and other active ingredients .

Recommended Use: Take 3 capsules twice daily before meals, at least 4 hours between servings and 1 hour before exercise. Do not take for more than 5 days per week. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for 2 weeks. Smaller individuals, or individuals sensitive to thermogenic products may wish to start with 1 capsule twice daily and increase the dosage as tolerated. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Keep out of the reach of children.

Do not: use this product other than as recommended, exceed recommended dosage, use during extended periods of extreme exercise and/or while dehydrated or overheated. Do not; use in
combination with aspirin, any anticoagulan (blood thinner) or prescription or over the counter medication, caffeine alkaloid or other ingredients that have a known stimulant effect. Do not use with alcohol.
