Delivery charges

You will not be charged for delivery of any product ordered from www.directfitness-online.com within the UK. Products may be despatched from several locations and therefore may arrive separately. You will not incur additional delivery charges under these circumstances.

Delivery

Delivery times apply to products in stock. Our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive any time between 9am and 5.30pm.

Delivery within 5 working days dependant upon method of payment (Please see Payment Section for further information). Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales.

Do we deliver to your address?

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, but delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and addresses outside of the UK may not always be possible. Please e-mail customerservices@directfitness-online.com if you require more details prior to ordering.
We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.

What if I`m not in when you deliver?

DirectFitness-Online.com deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm. We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available. Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains a contact number so you can speak to the couriers and agree a convenient delivery time or arrange for you to collect the order directly from their depot. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. In this instance, please read our section on Returns and Refunds.
